Your booking gives you private use of the Me Time space for 50 minutes. Enjoy a massage programme, rest, meditate, listen to something, close your eyes or simply spend the time however you choose.
There is no prescribed way to enjoy it. Once you are comfortable, we leave you to make the space your own.

Outside our usual area? Please ask. We consider every request individually, based on distance, suitable parking and access, and availability.
