Me Time Terms and Conditions:
Booking and payment conditions:

Clients must be 18 years or over to make a booking and use our Me Time service.

The prices and charges shown on the website and other communications are subject to change. Exact prices and charges will be confirmed at the time you make your booking.

Full payment will be required to secure the booking. We have the right, at our sole discretion to decline to secure any reservation. Where we have indicated that we will not accept a booking, we will refund any payment made.

We have the right to cancel your booking, or to instruct you and your party to leave the premises immediately, without compensation or refund should your behaviours and/ conduct not comply with to our terms.

We do not tolerate abusive behaviour or conduct. If clients appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, they will not be permitted to use the facility.

Cancellations:
If you choose to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees will be charged as below:

Up to 48 hrs of booking date – free
-
48 hrs or less – 100% of fee paid
Client non-attendance is considered a cancellation and the full fee will be retained.

Changing your booking:

Me Time bookings may be rescheduled once free of charge provided that the change is made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking. Rescheduling within 48 hours will incur an administration fee of £10.

When rescheduling, the new booking must be within 8 weeks of the original booking, subject to availability.

We cannot accommodate the same booking being rescheduled multiple times. If the client cannot commit to the booking after rescheduling once, the full booking fee will be forfeited.

General Terms of use:

Only one person to use the facility at any time. Group bookings indicate clients using the facilities individually, one by one.

We do not allow any animals or pets.
-
No smoking including vaping/ e-cigarettes.
-
Do not bring any food or alcohol into our facility.
-
Clients are not permitted to use their own essential oils in our aromatherapy diffuser.

Health considerations:

The electric massage chair is self-service. Our attendants can provide guidance on how to use it, including how to choose the programme of massage. It is the client's responsibility to use the chair safely, with reasonable due care.

We do not carry out health assessments or ask for information about your health. Use at your own risk and discretion – please ensure you are fit to use the massage chair.

You may wish to speak to your doctor for advice on if this is suitable for you if you are pregnant, have a heart condition, pacemaker, recent surgery, back/neck/joint problems, osteoporosis, or other health concerns relevant to use of the massage chair (this list is not exhaustive).

Max user weight: 150 kg.
• Do not use if you have open wounds, infections, or are feeling unwell

This chair may feel enclosed during use – not suitable if you experience claustrophobia or discomfort in enclosed spaces.

Never use under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

If you have allergies of any nature, please discuss these with our team prior to using the service.
Additional Care Requirements: If you have a disability or any particular care requirements, please seek advice at the time of booking.

Terms of use:
We aim to have at least one attendant on site to provide assistance. Please speak to the attendant for any questions, comments or concerns. The attendant has been trained to use the massage chair and can give instructions to clients. Below are some general terms of use:

Before sitting in the chair:
• Remove sharp items from pockets such as keys or pens.
• Remove shoes before using the massage chair.
• Consider removing phones or valuables from your person – at your own discretion.
• Avoid heavy meals immediately before or after use.

During use:

No liquids in the chair.
-
Tie up long hair to allow better access to the massage rollers.
-
Keep feet and hands inside the chair at all times.
-
Do not allow children to operate or use the chair unsupervised.
-
Limit sessions to a maximum of 45 minutes.
-
Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
-
Call the attendant if any problems.
After use:
-
Take your time getting up – sit for a short while before standing to avoid dizziness.
-
Drink water to help rehydrate after the massage.
-
If you feel unwell or unusually fatigued, rest and seek medical advice if needed.

Damages:

By using this chair, you confirm you have considered your own health and accept full responsibility. Me Time Wellness Ltd is not liable for injury, loss, or damage, except where the law says otherwise.

This safety guide is not exhaustive – it is your responsibility to decide whether use of this massage chair is safe and appropriate for you.

Any damages that occur to our property including the massage chair and its surroundings (fixtures and fittings) are chargeable to the client. The client upholds to take reasonable care and follow instructions provided.
We reserve the right to update and amend these terms and conditions.
